Our Community
The homeowners' association is comprised of 192 homes surrounding Highlands Park in Mill Creek, Washington. The purpose of the association is to maintain the common areas of our neighborhood as well as the aesthetics and property values of the homes in the Mill Creek Highlands. The association does this by enforcing the Rules and Regulations established for our community.

The Board of Directors, Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and other positions within the HOA are comprised of volunteer residents. Northwest Managment Group, LLC also supports the association by handling questions and requests from current homeowners and prospective residents and assisting the board in their meetings.
The HOA holds meetings the second Monday of each even numbered month (see Getting Involved page for dates and location) and its Annual meeting each February. All homeowners are encouraged to attend and become actively involved in maintaining our beautiful community!
