Mill Creek Highlands!

Our homeowners' association is comprised of 192 homes surrounding Highlands Park in Mill Creek, Washington. The purpose of the association is to maintain the common areas of our neighborhood as well as the aesthetics and property values of the homes in the Mill Creek Highlands. The association does this by enforcing the Rules and Regulations established for our community.

Would you like to attend the next Board of Directors' meeting?

The next HOA Director’s meeting is June 9, 2025 at 6:30 PM. For those having a current email address on file in AppFolio, a Teams virtual meeting link will be sent to you. If you would like a copy of the meeting agenda, it is posted in your secure, homeowner AppFolio account. The Board of Director encourages homeowners to attend these meetings, especially if you would like to be more involved in our community. Come learn what is going on in the neighborhood and how you may contribute to its success.

What is AppFolio?

AppFolio is a property management software platform used by our management company, NW Management Group. The software's Homeowner Portal allows all our homeowners the ability to privately access their property information, make payments, read the governing documents, submit ACC applications, and much more.
